Every member of our carefully selected team is highly trained and each come with a wealth of experience and glowing references. Our nannies and babysitters include career nannies, medical students, nurses, children’s book authors, artists, top university graduates, Norland trained nannies, Montessori trained nannies, teachers, SEND specialists and much more. All of the staff we employ are native or advanced level English speakers, many with a second or third language, with full enhanced DBS certification and pediatric first aid qualification. We have a strict recruitment policy and we only employ nannies who are emotionally mature, well mannered, educated and articulate. Our team have nothing but five star reviews for their service, and many have worked with us for close to a decade. We choose nannies who have the ability to be both discreet and respectful yet fun and organised. When you make a booking with us we send you over the full CVs and details of the available nannies and we can provide as much background as you need on each individual so you can choose your preferred hotel nanny or hotel babysitter.
